Are these two just not meant for each other?! Oh boy do I have a special place in my heart for dilutes!! Buckskins, Palominos, you name it! I see a dilute and my heart skips a beat. These two are no different! Absolutely STUNNING artwork represented in these two horses by artists around the world! How cool is that.
Up first is Sioux. He is a traditional scale Missouri Fox Trotter gelding that I his previous owner and I have lovingly named Stud Muffin (I'm sure you can understand why with those eyes!). He is sculpted by none other than the "turned head queen" German Artist Brigitte Eberl. He is painted by, also, German artist Anja Franke-Post. His detail is incredibly talented!! His eyes bring him to life. His mane and tail are shadowed well. His simple little star is hair by hair detailed. His dapples go faintly perfect with his stunning buckskin coat. He is a bit tippy, but a dream to own! Brigitte sculpted a very limited number of these guys and I am so honored to have one!
Up next is none other than the one and only Cobra Mare, Esmeralda! Who doesn't the snoozing little mare?! It has been a grail of mine to own this girl for SO long. Meredith Warren finally made this dream come true!! Sculpted also by German artist Brigitte Eberl and painted by American artist Meredith Warren. Her details are stunning. Meredith painted her to a very soft dapple Buckskin with two little socks on her rear legs and the softest face. I love how Brigitte sculpted this horse with snoozing eyes and a resting hoof. I just adore her!
I hope you enjoy some Eberl goodness as much as I do! I purchased Esmerelda directly from Meredith. I traded for Sioux from the lovely Nici McRead. Both ladies are such a pleasure to work with! So thankful for this hobby and the friends I have met from around the world!! <3
